The Hiring Process

2. Initial Conversation

3. First Interview

Next, you’ll connect with key members of our team for a more in-depth discussion, either in person or through a video call, depending on your location. We’ll talk about your experience, technical skills, and work style while also giving you a deeper look into our company culture, values, and expectations. This conversation is a chance to ask questions and get a better feel for what it’s like to be part of our team.

4. Second Interview

For some positions, we may schedule a follow-up discussion to dive deeper into your expertise. This may involve additional team members, a more detailed technical discussion, or a review of past projects. It’s also an opportunity to discuss how your skills align with the role’s long-term goals and your potential growth within the team. We encourage you to ask any remaining questions about the position, team dynamics, or career development at Civil Science.

5. Offer & Next steps

If we both feel it’s the right fit, we’ll extend an offer outlining the details of your role, salary, and benefits. Once you accept, we’ll guide you through the onboarding process to ensure you feel prepared and confident for your first day.
