Project Spotlight: Nordic Valley Construction Management, Design, and Standards

In April 2025, Civil Science began a major infrastructure initiative in Nordic Valley, delivering a full suite of construction management, inspection, and design services. This project supports the development of a new water tank, distribution lines, a subdivision, a road reroute, three new roundabouts, a chlorination building, and a well house.

Beyond construction oversight, our team also designed two of the roundabouts currently under construction and authored the technical specifications and standards for the Nordic Valley Sewer Improvement District. These standards will guide water and sewer services for approximately 700 new units, which include:

• Hotels
• Mixed-use and multifamily housing
• Expanded ski beach and snowmaking infrastructure
• Upgraded parking and streets
• Single-family residences

This work is a cornerstone of Nordic Valley’s growth, supporting both residential expansion and tourism infrastructure.
